Today is the last day of #31DaysOf Stoke/ #Delight On The Daily – thank goodness.

This has nothing to do with happiness really, but it was on my mind and I’m trying to get better at videos.

It’s about protecting ourselves or  why it’s important for surfers to wear a leash!

I have several friends who are really good surfers. Like, so skilled it’s crazy. But, I have seen each one of them lose their board at some point. It just happens. Nothing is certain in surfing and sometimes, as in life, wipeouts occur.

So, no matter what you’re doing in life, be smart! Protect yourself! 🙂
